Responsibility
- Provide Level 3 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues in a Windows-based environment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for end-users, including executives and key stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve incidents, requests, and system outages.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and drivers with minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle planning.
- Provide remote and on-site support as needed, adhering to SLAs and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in desktop support, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior role.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and enterprise imaging tools.
- Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, SCCM).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
