Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and validate master data across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to improve data reliability and usability.
- Support data migration and integration projects with minimal disruption to business processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track data governance KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
- Train end-users on data management best practices and governance protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, industry-specific standards) for data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance roles.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, SAP MDG).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work in a global team.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Certifications in Data Governance (e.g., CDMP, DCAM) are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
