Responsibility
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their IP, R&D, innovation, and strategic intelligence workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate customer challenges into technical solutions, leveraging Patsnapâs AI-driven platform to design and implement customized workflows that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices for IP management, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate customers on Patsnapâs tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with Patsnapâs product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, advocate for feature enhancements, and contribute to the platformâs evolution.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, optimize adoption, and ensure long-term success with Patsnapâs solutions.
- Represent Patsnap at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing the platformâs capabilities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Travel occasionally to client sites (as needed) to conduct on-site workshops, assessments, or implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, data analysis, or solutions consulting, with a focus on enterprise customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with APIs, data integration, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, REST APIs, or ETL processes).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for customer success and a track record of driving measurable impact.
- Familiarity with intellectual property (IP), R&D, or competitive intelligence workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
