Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customize and configure D365 modules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
- Experience with D365 customization, plugins, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure services, SQL, and data integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
