Responsibility

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

  • Monitor the maturity and compliance of Work/Employment Agreements (trial, permanent, and contractual).
  • Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics by compiling data on workforce metrics.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR competencies.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is advantageous.
