Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor the maturity and compliance of Work/Employment Agreements (trial, permanent, and contractual).
- Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics by compiling data on workforce metrics.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR competencies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
