Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local regulations.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Drive training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align capabilities with business needs.
- Ensure HR compliance with all legal requirements, including work permits, contracts, and health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize workforce planning and organizational restructuring as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience (for Manager role) or 3+ years (for Assistant Manager), with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, employment contracts, and compliance.
- Strong recruitment and talent management skills, with experience in full-cycle hiring.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
