Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive growth and efficiency.
- Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data insights to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all HR practices.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global HR teams, legal, and finance to streamline processes and enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, consumer goods, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analysis tools.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to local Indonesian business practices.
- Proactive Approach: Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
