Responsibility

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data insights to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards across all HR practices.
  • Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global HR teams, legal, and finance to streamline processes and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, consumer goods, or technology sectors is advantageous.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analysis tools.
  • Cultural Agility: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to local Indonesian business practices.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
