Responsibility
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity in a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Design and manage feedback collection systems (surveys, focus groups, one-on-one sessions) to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze feedback data to identify trends, root causes, and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and career development opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns and foster transparent communication.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and town halls to strengthen organizational culture.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure alignment with global standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR operations, or feedback management.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in designing and conducting surveys, interviews, or focus groups.
- Familiarity with HRIS or feedback management tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Workday).
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
