Responsibility
- Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to forecast staffing needs and create actionable plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce productivity and utilization.
- Design and maintain workforce schedules to ensure optimal coverage and employee satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through effective workforce planning.
- Utilize workforce management software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Provide training and support to team members on workforce management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in workforce management software and tools (e.g., Kronos, Workday, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to workforce management.
- Certification in workforce management or HR (e.g., SWP, PHR) is a plus.
