Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals to drive workforce efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Design and administer performance management systems, including appraisals, promotions, and career development programs.
  • Lead compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, training, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
