Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian employment laws.
- Lead employee engagement programs, performance management, and career development initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
- Coordinate administrative functions, including office management, vendor relations, and facility operations.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in budget planning and cost management for HR and administrative departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
