Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (employers) to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing and sales strategies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipelines and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive recruitment practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your recruitment and sales skills.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
