Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
- Help maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
