Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Design and manage employee reward programs, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with senior management to align total rewards strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and industry data to make informed recommendations on compensation and benefits.
- Manage the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
