Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in Bali, Indonesia.
- Manage and resolve DOLE cases and other labor-related issues in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
- Monitor employee engagement initiatives and recommend strategies to improve workplace culture and morale.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proven experience handling DOLE cases and labor-related compliance matters.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
