Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in the hospitality or culinary industry is a plus.
