Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events to boost morale and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and other relevant data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
