As a Managed Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our team to monitor systems, perform maintenance, and implement solutions that enhance IT infrastructure. Responsibility

  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Assist in the deployment of new IT infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
