Responsibility
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend + backend) using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, or Flask).
- Design and deploy cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) with React Native, Flutter, or native development.
- Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance pharmacy operations, such as inventory management or customer recommendations.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces for patients and staff.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for high-traffic healthcare platforms.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for seamless deployment and data storage.
- Automate workflows and APIs to connect pharmacy systems with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, telemedicine platforms).
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to best practices in agile/DevOps environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar).
- Proven expertise in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or cloud AI services (e.g., Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker).
- Proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset for remote/hybrid work.
