Responsibility
- Assist in daily mall operations and administrative tasks
- Support tenant coordination and relationship management
- Participate in customer service initiatives and shopper experience programs
- Help organize and execute mall events and promotional activities
- Conduct market research and analyze retail trends
- Assist in maintaining mall facilities and safety standards
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth mall operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Diploma program in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Available for a minimum of 3 months commitment
