Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates across assigned malls.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure lease agreements with prospective tenants, including local and international brands.
- Conduct market research to analyze retail trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences to inform leasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction, retention, and lease renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and events that drive foot traffic and tenant success.
- Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rental income, and tenant turnover.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease terms, regulations, and financial objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and tenant meetings to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or commercial real estate, preferably in a mall or shopping center environment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing lease agreements with diverse tenants.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, tenant mix strategies, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports to drive leasing decisions.
- Proficiency in leasing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
