Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
