Responsibility
- Assist senior valuers in conducting on-site property inspections and assessments.
- Collect and analyze market data, including comparable sales, rental rates, and property trends.
- Prepare valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Support the preparation of financial models and feasibility studies for property development projects.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and market conditions.
- Assist in the valuation of diverse property types, including residential, commercial, and land assets.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality valuation services within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate, valuation, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic valuation software (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Badung and surrounding areas for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian property laws and valuation principles is a plus.
