Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the mall.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute upgrades, renovations, and emergency repairs efficiently.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure high-performance standards.
- Respond promptly to tenant and visitor concerns related to facility issues, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on facility performance, budgets, and long-term infrastructure planning to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional engineering license is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, mall operations, or commercial property maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, and building automation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and third-party service providers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
