Responsibility
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address facility issues, repairs, and upkeep for a pristine mall environment.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, inquiries, and conflict resolution to maintain positive partnerships.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor budget allocations for operational expenses and report financial discrepancies to senior management.
- Implement emergency protocols and security measures to safeguard mall assets, staff, and visitors.
- Organize and execute mall events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, incident logs, and operational metrics for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mall administration, retail management, or facility operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety codes, and retail industry best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
