Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and process legal, financial, and administrative documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather, verify, and update documentation as required.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities, clients, or partners while adhering to deadlines.
- Monitor document workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring all records are up-to-date and properly archived.
- Generate reports and summaries based on documented data to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with legal and financial documentation processes is a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
