Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze electricity and water consumption data across multiple retail locations to identify trends and anomalies.
- Validate utility bills against actual usage data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors or service providers.
- Collaborate with store managers and maintenance teams to investigate and address deviations in utility usage.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize utility consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare detailed reports on utility usage, cost analysis, and savings opportunities for management review.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of billing disputes and service issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of utility contracts, tariffs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on best practices for utility management and conservation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and utility management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, store managers, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of local utility regulations, tariffs, and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
