Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission electrical systems, including generators, ATS units, and control panels for commercial and industrial applications.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance for clients.
- Perform preventive maintenance on generators, engines, and related electrical components to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to develop technical solutions for power distribution challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on generator operation, maintenance, and emergency protocols.
- Document all work activities, including service reports, schematics, and system updates for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in power systems engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems, generators, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with AC/DC systems, ATS units, and generator control panels (e.g., Cummins, Caterpillar, or Kohler).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes (e.g., PUIL, IEC) and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
