Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, packaging equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential failures and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all machinery operates at optimal efficiency and meets safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment as part of facility upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and operators as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) is a plus.
