Responsibility
- Monitor and record all inventory transactions, including inbound, outbound, stock transfers, adjustments, and defective goods, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain data integrity and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and organizational standards, including proper storage, labeling, and handling procedures.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software to track and update inventory records in real time.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with WMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods and best practices in warehouse management.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
