Responsibility
- Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report quality control findings, including deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and reduce defects.
- Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local and international quality regulations, including ISO standards and industry-specific requirements.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance and certification processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools (e.g., 7 QC Tools), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying quality issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and quality management software.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
