Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and logistics equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct autonomous checks on machinery, systems, and workflows, identifying potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and improve operational processes.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all maintenance and operational tasks.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or systems as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or operational teams when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to document findings and collaborate with teams.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in shift-based or on-call environments as needed.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
