Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks to comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational goals.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Install, assemble, and commission new equipment as required.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., vocational training, apprenticeship) is a plus.
