Responsibility
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including time spent, materials used, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and support operational goals.
- Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for critical repairs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local standards) and quality control practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
