Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Collaborate with the production team to address equipment-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and other team members on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
