Responsibility
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients on the selection, installation, and calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.
- Develop and deliver customized engineering solutions to address specific client challenges in quality control and process optimization.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of equipment.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to identify market needs and contribute to product development roadmaps.
- Perform feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in metrology, non-destructive testing (NDT), and industrial automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment performance, software, or integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in inspection, test, or measurement industries.
- Strong knowledge of metrology principles, calibration standards (ISO, ANSI), and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical measurement tools, or NDT equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in technical writing, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and field support within Indonesia.
