Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with fire protection systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
