Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and ensure all machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
- Source and manage inventory of spare parts and tools to support maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanic, or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a maintenance team.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
