Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise daily driver schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor driver performance, including adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct regular field inspections to verify operational compliance and service quality.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including logistics delays, vehicle maintenance, or customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of driver activities, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and reduce operational costs.
- Provide on-the-ground support for special projects or high-priority deliveries.
- Ensure all field operations align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field operations, driver management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Proficient in using mobile apps or software for reporting and coordination (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or logistics platforms).
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid motorcycle or car license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
