Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the logistics of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery schedules, and logistics reports for project managers.
- Track shipments and deliveries, providing real-time updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics budgets and cost analyses to support project planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws governing transportation and logistics.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and contractors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or project administration, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with logistics or ERP software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs procedures related to logistics and transportation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
