Responsibility
- Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance schedules for production equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and track maintenance work orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the preparation of maintenance reports, including downtime analysis and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance activities based on operational needs.
- Assist in inventory management for spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and propose improvement solutions.
- Contribute to the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies using data analytics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or asset management principles.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering is advantageous.
