Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, HSE) and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Analyze maintenance data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Prepare and manage maintenance work orders, ensuring alignment with priority levels, resource availability, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to update and refine maintenance procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or a similar role within industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as SAP, Maximo, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
