Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and production managers to prioritize and execute work orders efficiently.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures.
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to procure services and materials as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices and new procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS) and scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in maintenance planning or reliability engineering is a plus.
