Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing and logistics equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment is operational and meets safety standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Operator or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
