Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of molding machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in molding machines and related systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, technical skills, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to support timely repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or molding environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of molding machines, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or CMMS.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
