Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and optimize maintenance budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality spare parts and maintenance materials at competitive prices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Leverage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, asset performance, and maintenance history.
- Drive energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability practices within maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing, utilities, or facilities management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ technicians.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CMM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
