Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
- Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends, root causes of failures, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance schedules with operational demands and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and local regulatory standards for workplace safety and environmental protection.
- Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory levels for spare parts and supplies.
- Train and upskill team members on new technologies, best practices, and emerging maintenance methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent vocational training with extensive experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in maintaining production machinery, HVAC systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30), electrical systems, or lean manufacturing are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based or on-call environments and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; familiarity with technical documentation in both languages.
