Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including motors, control panels, transformers, and PLCs.
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing tools and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and optimize electrical systems for improved efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical components.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, local electrical codes).
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Participate in emergency response for electrical failures and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and industrial automation systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
- Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers for diagnostics.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
