Responsibility
- Plan, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate daily production engineering activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of products.
- Optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to maximize operational performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
