Responsibility
- Oversee and manage ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) and ducting projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, and variations to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV and ducting project management, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for design and planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
